Welcome to the Settlement website for the Tupperware Brands Corporation Securities Litigation

If you purchased or otherwise acquired public shares in Tupperware Brands Corporation (“Tupperware” or “the Company”) between May 5, 2021 and May 4, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Settlement Class Period”), you could get a payment from a proposed class action settlement (the “Settlement”).

If you are a member of the Settlement Class, in order to be potentially eligible to receive a payment under the proposed settlement, you must submit a Claim Form no later than November 28, 2025. Payments to Authorized Claimants will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement and a Plan of Allocation, and only after any appeals are resolved, and after the completion of all claims processing. Please be patient, as this process will take some time to complete.

The Frequently Asked Questions page of this website has more information on your rights as a Class Member in this Action.

Please read the Notice to also fully understand your rights and options.
